- Using the SOS feature responsibly and only in valid emergency situations
3. User Permissions
The mobile app may request access to:
- Location services (to deliver location-specific alerts)
- Notifications (to receive emergency updates)
- Contacts (if required for emergency contact linking)
4. OTP and Security
We use SMS-based OTP (One-Time Password) for account verification and secure login. You are responsible for safeguarding your OTP and access credentials.
5. Emergency Communication
You agree not to misuse the SOS system. False alarms may result in warnings or account suspension.
6. Data Logs
All emergency actions (e.g., SOS triggers, user responses) are logged and may be reviewed for legal, audit, or internal safety purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, misuse the platform, or create safety risks for others.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or failures in SMS delivery, mobile network issues, or device errors
- Inaccurate geolocation due to user/device settings
- Any misuse or unauthorized access by company-assigned users
