The S.O.S. App is currently in a testing phase and may contain errors, bugs, or defects. EmanagA makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the App for any purpose, including but not limited to use in an emergency. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmanagA and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim (including consequential, incidental, or special damages) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the S.O.S. App, including where the S.O.S. App fails to function in an emergency. 

You remain solely responsible for your own safety and for obtaining appropriate emergency assistance through other means. The S.O.S. App should not be relied upon as your sole or primary means of seeking help in an emergency. 

By using the App in this testing phase, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. 

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the New South Wales, Australia, in which the testing occurs, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales' Courts.
